- Manage invoices and other shipment-related paperwork.
- Resolve customer complaints and inquiries.
- Ensure compliance with transportation rules and regulations.
- Negotiate rates and delivery timelines.
- Excellent proficiency in English communication.
- Willingness to work night shifts.
- Ideally, the candidate should reside in Lahore or have easy access to commute.
