Job Description
LESCO is looking for highly qualified and motivated individuals to fill various management roles. These positions are critical for maintaining and improving the quality of electrical supply services in Lahore. Key Responsibilities
- Engineer Electrical: Design, develop, and maintain electrical systems and infrastructure. Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
- Assistant Manager Accounts: Oversee financial operations, prepare financial reports, manage budgets, and ensure accurate accounting practices.
- Assistant Manager Electrical: Assist in the management of electrical projects, supervise engineering teams, and ensure timely project completion.
- Assistant Manager HR: Manage HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and training programs.
- Assistant Manager Customer Services: Enhance customer service operations, resolve customer complaints, and implement service improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: MA, MBA, CA, B.E, or M.Sc from recognized institutions.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of relevant professional experience.
- Skills: Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in relevant software and tools. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
