Requirements:
Project Engineer Electrical in BU Transmission Solution will work with a project execution team, which is responsible for the execution and completion of High Voltage Grid station projects in line with time, cost, and quality requirements.
Expectations:
- Ensures strategic and organizational alignment, steering, and controlling of all project execution activities
- Works directly under the supervision of the Project Manager to ensure profit & loss, and timely completion of project under execution
- Ensures compliance with Corporate, Finance, Legal, Quality, and EHS standards for all projects
- Actively communicates with all stakeholders and is responsible for the resolution of project-related issues.
- Support the Project Manager to proactively set up a contract and claim management strategy in the projects, with the involvement of assigned CPMs/ contract managers
- Supports the team in identifying, evaluating, assessing, and escalating risk and opportunities, strategies, and response activities
- Supports procurement team to select and involve partners/subcontractors.
- Agrees targets with project staff and delegates defined responsibilities and authority.
- Work as a project team member to act according to the Business Conduct Guidelines and establish a culture of trust and integrity.
Qualification And Skills Required:
- A degree in Electrical Engineering and related fields
- At least 1-2 years experience in Projects Execution in High Voltage Substations
- Experience in High Voltage Equipment Technical Review and Approvals from Customer / Consultants
- Experience in Coordination between Engineering, Procurement Project Management and Vendors.
- Excellent Influencing and communication skills.
